Hardly "pathetic fan art" :) Really beautifully painted and I like how the rim lighting provides just enough effective definition of Discovery's shape. Both planets are nicely detailed - painterly but fully evocative of the real deal. If I have one quibble it's that the lighting on Io and Discovery does not seem to match Jupiters?

Awesome "photography".
The 2001 ship definitely has an old fashion design, but your space set is beautiful. The gas giant looks terribly huge. Excellent.
